[edit] Luck & Spell Absorption/Reflect

Can anybody confirm categorically that Luck doesn't affect the chance to absorb or reflect a spell? The reason I am sceptical is twofold. Firstly, my in-game experiences with characters with the Atronach sign suggest that Luck does affect the chance of absorbing. Secondly, Gaenor. He only has about 20% reflect, if I remember correctly, but 255 Luck, and virtually every spell effect I have used upon him has been reflected.

I also believe that high Luck decreases the chance of opponents reflecting or absorbing your spells (Gaenor excepted), but I am less certain on that.
