Morrowind talk:Shrine of Azura

Although I have used uespwiki for quite some time I am a brand new member and would not presume to edit something. However I have just spent hours trying to find Azura's Shrine in Morrowind. Coming once again to uespwiki I did some further research and found the following quote in the Places section.

" south-easternmost peninsula. The Shrine of Azura is on this final peninsula."

I think that the addition of something to the effect of "The Shrine of Azura is on the south-easternmost peninzula" would be helpful to others having the same problem that I had.

Right at the top of the page it says "Shrine of Azura is a shrine to Azura on the southeastern tip of the mainland". This is also seen on Daedric Shrines. I don't how we could make this much more clear. In addition, it has the advantage of being the only Daedric shrine which is clearly labeled (in plain English) on the paper map included with the game. I doubt too many people are having difficulty finding this location. --TheRealLurlock Talk 10:55, 30 September 2007 (EDT)

!) I do not have the paper map. Although I have GotY it was purchased from a third party and no map was included.

2) The Southeastern tip of the mainland does not mean the same thing to me as the southeastern Peninsula. Perhaps my brand of English is different from others. I politely suggested a small change. Please do not patronize me. I am new here as a member and learning my way. uespwiki has been very helpful and I hoped to be able to contribute to it.

I'm sorry, but I just don't see that much difference between what's already there and what you're proposing. It seems like the only thing you're complaining about is the use of the word "tip" instead of "peninsula". Those words are synonymous in my book, and in this case, "tip" is really more accurate, because a "peninsula" implies a relatively narrow piece of land bodied on 3 sides by water, which is not really true in this case. Florida, Korea, Italy, these are peninsulas. The location of Azura's shrine is nothing like these. At any rate, we have other resources, such as Morrowind:Maps, in particular the searchable Java-map on the old site: here. And we really can't be held responsible for people who purchase boot-leg copies that don't include the original documentation from the game - though if you looked, you'd find that we have an online version of that as well. --TheRealLurlock Talk 12:41, 30 September 2007 (EDT)

My copy of Morrowind was legally purchased through Amazon.com from a third party. Please do not make unwarranted assumptions. I don't want to argue here. Enough said. Forget it. As far as I'm concered you as an administrator may deleted the whole thing. --Nakia Nightshadow 03:32, 1 October 2007 (EDT)

My copy of Morrowind was legally purchased as the Ubisoft GOTY-on-DVD edition in the "bargain bin" of an electronics store, and it doesn't have a paper map either. Nor did the OEM copy of Morrowind that came with my graphics card. Alphax 19:02, 5 December 2007 (EST)
