Aldos Othran is a poor male Dunmer Farmer who was evicted from his home in Cheydinhal for not being able to pay the exorbitant fines put in place by the corrupt City Watch. He turned to alcoholism following the death of his wife, and spends most of his time wandering around town in a drunken stupor, and will at times drunkenly sing the song "Flyin' So High" : "Flyyyin'... flyyin' in the skyyyy.... cliff racer flys so high.... flyinnn'...". He will attempt to reclaim his house during the Corruption and Conscience quest, an act which will unfortunately result in his demise at the hands of the guard posted in front of it. There doesn't seem to be any way to save him from this fate, but his act will draw attention to the overly-draconian policies of the guard, and hopefully get them to change their ways.
[edit] Notes
- He and the necromancer Noveni share the same surname.
