Mana Bloom, purple variant.

The blue variant looks very similar to the purple variant, but provides Lichor instead.

The ingredient Ambrosia is one of two ingredients that comes from the plant "Mana Bloom". Ambrosia comes from the reddish-purple colored flowers and Lichor comes from the bluish-purple flowers. Mana Blooms only grow in Mankar Camoran's Paradise and therefore Ambrosia is a quite rare ingredient. Purchasing the Wizard's Tower official mod provides access to a few more convenient Mana Blooms.

Ambrosia only has one alchemy effect, even for master alchemists. Ambrosia cannot be duplicated in the Arch Mage's Enchanted Chest.

Only one guaranteed sample can be found, but the sample will respawn because ambrosia is food:

All 206 plants are found in Mankar Camoran's Paradise, which can only be entered once during the related quest. 4 additional plants are made available by the Frostcrag Spire mod in the alchemy garden (which is available without purchasing any upgrades).
