Amusei is a male Argonian Thief, and an eventual member of the Thieves Guild. You start out by meeting him in the quest May the Best Thief Win where you compete with him to gain entrance into the Thieves Guild. You then meet him on the quest Ahdarji's Heirloom in a jail cell in Leyawiin for stealing a ring and trying to ransom it back to the countess. If you give him a lockpick he tells you information about the ring and soon escapes. The next time you meet him is during Lost Histories where he is jailed yet again but this time in Skingrad. He is taken by the Pale Lady, who is a vampire, to be sucked dry of his blood. If you release him and escort him out of the castle he will tell you the location of the book you need. The next time you see Amusei is when he comes as a messenger of the Gray Fox. You then can see him in the Thieves Guild hideout.
