Angalsama is an Altmer mage and devout worshiper of the Daedric prince Sheogorath. She can be found near the Shrine of Sheogorath and is, like her fellow worshipers, in a state of total madness.
Like the other followers of the Madgod, Angalsama doesn't care about clothing and appears almost completely naked. She only wears a fur helmet, a pair of gauntlets and iron boots. She wields an iron dagger and carries a small amount of gold.
When you approach her, she will point you towards Ferul Ravel and share a bit of her insanity: "Have you seen it? Have you seen the light? The bright, shining light? I know it. It waits for you. Speak with Ravel. He knows the way."
