Applewatch is a farmhouse west of Bruma (quest-related). [edit]

The oldest member of the Draconis family, Perennia Draconis, and her dog Jake live in the house. This location is part of two Dark Brotherhood quests, but otherwise unremarkable. It should be noted, however, that Perennia is one of the easier kills one can use to enter the Dark Brotherhood. Her death will not interfere with any other quests apart from Next of Kin, where you will have to kill her anyway.
