Arcturus is a male Imperial Blade who resides at Cloud Ruler Temple in the Jerall Mountains north of Bruma. Arcturus can usually be found patrolling along the outer wall of Cloud Ruler Temple.

His name may be a reference to Arcturus, the brightest star in the constellation Bootes. Another possible reference is Zurin Arctus, Tiber Septim's Imperial Battlemage.
