Brother Holger is a blind male Nord Moth Caretaker residing at the Temple of the Ancestor Moths in the Jerall Mountains north of Cheydinhal. He can usually be found working the Chapel, sometimes in the Bell Tower. Persuade him to help you by "unlocking" access to the secrets you seek.

- If he agrees to help after you ask him "Where are the catacombs?", during the Turning a Blind Eye quest, he replies in a voice more like a beggar's as opposed to his standard Nord voice.
