Divine Elegance is an upmarket tailor located in the Imperial City Market District [edit]

Like many other stores in the District, its opening hours are 8am to 8pm. The proprietor, Altmer clothier Palonirya, sells mainly upper class clothing, but also displays some lower class attire. She also provides Master level Mercantile training (provided you have completed her quest). The unique Quicksilver Boots can only be purchased here.
