Eyja is a female Nord Commoner who lives in Skingrad, initially residing at Colovian Traders near her employer Gunder. After you purchase the Servant's Quarters upgrade for Rosethorn Hall she will offer to become your servant on the condition that she can reside there, and that you pay her 150 gold. She will appear at your house, and will give you free Rosethorn Mead and Shepherd's Pie, wandering around the main floor of the building, and returning to the Servant's Quarters during the night.

[edit] Notes
- If you cannot afford to pay Eyja 150 gold, she will still accept the smaller amount of gold you do have.
- Once you reach master level in Alchemy, Eyja can provide a great way to make plenty of gold. Continue to ask her for Shepherd's Pie until you reach the point where you cannot carry any more (a Feather spell/potion could be useful). Then when you think you have enough, begin to pump out Cure Disease potions made from the pies. Sell then to a nearby merchant (such as Colovian Traders) and you can make a quick two to three thousand gold coins, depending on how many potions you made. This is a great way to earn back the money you had before you bought all that expensive furniture for that expensive house.
[edit] Unique Dialogue
- In response to topic Eyja: Me? There's not much to say. I was orphaned when I was young, and don't even remember who my parents were. I'm not really sad about it; it was so long ago. Gunder took me in when I was but a teen, and I've lived there ever since. We've... shared a bed... but were never married. He's never been cruel to me, it's just that he's never been kind. It's as if I'm just another part of his shop. But all that's different now. I'm glad to be serving you instead. I can see we will get along just fine!
- In response to topic Drink:
- If you have purchased the kitchen upgrade: Certainly! Here you are. A nice mead will relax you. and gives you a Rosethorn Mead.
- Otherwise: I'd love to oblige, but we have no kitchen.
- In response to topic Food:
- If you have purchased the kitchen upgrade: Certainly! Here you are. Shepherd's Pie... my own recipe. and gives you a Shepherd's Pie.
- Otherwise: I'd love to oblige, but we have no kitchen.
- If your character is a vampire:
- Something seems... amiss with you, milord. (or)
- Something seems... amiss with you, milady.
-
- Unlike normal citizens, she will also comment on your sickly appearance at the first stage of vampirism.
