[edit] Zone 1: Fort Chalman

Fort Chalman

This is a nice and easy ruin, except when you have no weapon that can damage an ethereal undead. The first few hallways are easy because there is a large distance between the enemies and some may be rats. When you arrive at the second bridge, you should be careful because there are three swinging mace traps there. If you have a decent pace and if you unequip your weapon you should be able to outrun them, so no worries here. The hall below you has one undead and then you go straight to the biggest challenge in this ruin, behind the door. The undead boss is waiting in the next room and there is the possibility of two other enemies in that hall as well. So be careful and try to fight them one at a time. When that is done, you should check out the three chests in this final room.

Occupants:

  • 1 boss-level Undead at location A on map
  • 1 Orc Adventurer (10% chance of appearing) at O
  • 1-3 Undead
  • 3 Undead Enemies (each 83% probability Undead, 17% Rat)

Treasure:

Traps:

Doors and Gates:

  • There is one door (at Out) in/out of this zone, leading outside
