Goblin Jim is the Shaman for the White Skin Goblin Tribe located in Goblin Jim's Cave. When you encounter him at the end of the cave, he attacks on sight. Killing him will not stop the goblins from attacking. He does not offer any services. In some cases, using a few charm spells on him will allow you to yield to him. Then, you can raise his disposition so he won't attack on sight.
