Hassiri is a male Khajiit Scout living with his brother, Ra'jiradh in the Talos Plaza District of the Imperial City. Along with his brother Urjabhi, Hassiri assists Ra'jiradh in running the officially sanctioned publication, The Black Horse Courier, which is distributed throughout Cyrodiil. When he's not at home or at the Black Horse Courier offices in the Market District, Hassiri can frequently be found around the near the Bloated Float Inn in the Imperial City's Arboretum, handing out his beloved publication. He is not involved in any quests and does not offer any services.
