Hears-Voices-In-The-Air is an Argonian mage working for the Blackwood Company in Leyawiin. He is one of the people guarding the Hist tree in the basement there, and will attack you on sight. Beware, as he has both an impressive array of spells, and a magical staff. Best to close in fast and take him out quickly. He does not offer any services.
