Hides-His-Heart is a mysterious male Argonian Enforcer who works as an "enforcer" for a highly secretive yet powerful and dangerous faction of the murky criminal underworld in Cyrodiil. The organization he works for however remains unnamed and unseen in the game, but apparantly is quite fearsome and holds some degree of influence on the authorities, especially in Chorrol. He does not offer any services.

Hides-His-Heart is not in the Dark Brotherhood, but in fact something else altogether. He is sent to kill a wealthy resident of Chorrol, Francois Motierre, who has taken too much time to repay a loan of considerable amount and as such has "insulted" the organization. Motierre wants you to help him fake his own death by slicing him with a dagger laced with a powerful sedative, so that Hides-His-Heart will believe Motierre dead and return to his masters and inform them a Dark Brotherhood assassin got to Motierre first.

The Argonian enforcer, as well as his mysterious organization, is neither seen of nor heard from again after this mission.
