Homraz gra Morgrump is a female Orc thief living in Chorrol. She doesn't exist in the game and can only be accessed through the Console.

Like another non-existent character, Wallace, she seems to have been intended to play a role in the Dark Brotherhood quest, The Assassinated Man, as she uses the same script as they do. She has a couple of lines of unique dialogue, including one that suggests she is only in Chorrol to play a role in the quest: "I've never been here before. And I won't be back, unless the boss wants me here."
