The Imperial Reserve is the area of grassland west of the Great Forest, as far as the Gold Coast. It is home to a large number of bandits.
In the game, the area doesn't serve any purpose beyond being mentioned in one or two rumors. The Reserve seems merely to be a sub-region of the Colovian Highlands.
