Jastia Sintav, a female Imperial commoner, is a member of the Sintav clan, one of the most respected families in the Imperial City. She lives in the Imperial City's Elven Gardens District with her sister Jena, near her uncle and clan elder, Iniel Sintav. When not at home, Jastia can be found around and about the Elven Gardens District, and visiting her Uncle Iniel. Her brother, Cyronin, has had a dispute with Helvo Atius, who lives in the Imperial City's Talos Plaza District, that has caused bad blood between the Sintav and Atius clans. She is not involved in any quests and does not offer any services.

Her outfit consists of mere middle-class attire (doeskin shoes, a quilted doublet, and tan linens). She also has a nominal amount of gold, and a key to her house, which she shares with her sister, Jena Sintav.
