Kewan is a male Redguard Nightblade, who is a devout worshiper of the Daedric prince Peryite, and can be found with his fellow worshippers at the Shrine of Peryite. However, when you first encounter him, he seems to be suffering from paralysis and narcolepsy. He does not offer any services.
