Lord Drad is a male Dunmer noble who owns an estate north of Anvil. It seems that Lord Drad is not opposed to using slave labor (namely ogre slave labor) to line his pockets, especially in Bleak Mine, which he owns. Prince Malacath, however, does not look kindly upon this particular endeavor. He is married to Lady Drad. He does not offer any services. You can pickpocket Lord and Lady Drad without incurring a bounty, although they will complain. Even after finishing the quest, both of them carry several hundred gold, which resets once a day.
After you finish Malacath's shrine quest, the ogres turn the tables on Lord Drad and put him to work on the estate. If you visit, you will see him farming the gardens in peasant clothing.
