Lorkmir is an NPC who lived in the Elven Gardens District of the Imperial City. He has been slain in his basement by what appears to be foul play (though the exact circumstances of his violent death can only be guessed at), and now Faelian has taken over Lorkmir's house as his own personal skooma den. If you look in the Construction Set it seems that Lorkmir originally was intended to live in the Jerall View Inn in Bruma.
