Mivryna Arano is a female Dunmer Commoner who takes care of the black horses at the Black Waterside Stables outside Cheydinhal. She is wholly devoted to her job, and to Tovas Selvani. He's the one you should talk to if you want to buy one of the best horses in all Cyrodiil. She is not involved in any quests and does not offer any services, though she is probably related to Myvryna Arano (from The Elven Maiden quest).
