North of the Orange Road, roughly halfway between Chorrol and Bruma. There is a small path leading to it from the Orange Road (starting a bit to the east of the small unnamed lake next to the Orange Road).

Moranda is a medium Ayleid ruin between Chorrol and Bruma containing monsters (quest-related). [edit] It contains three zones: Moranda, Moranda Aratasel, and Moranda Abaspania.

Zone 1: Moranda

  • Take advantage of the various gates and half-blocked tunnels to kill off any monsters you can see. Otherwise, those monsters are likely to surprise when you re-emerge from one of the other zones using one of the alternate exits.

  • 7-12 Monster Enemies (each 80% probability Monster, 20% Rat)

Zone 2: Moranda Aratasel

  • This area is a huge chamber, which contains one Varla Stone and all of the Welkynd Stones plus a crowd of creatures. Caution while picking them out is advised; if they all rush at you at once, you'll have lots of problems.

  • 9-15 Monster Enemies (each 80% probability Monster, 20% Rat)

  • There are two doors (at C and D) in/out of this zone, both leading to the zone Moranda

Zone 3: Moranda Abaspania

  • If you're in a rush to get to this level, you'll need to pick the lock of the gate to your right as you first enter. Otherwise, you will reach Moranda Abaspania last. The Moranda Gate Key is in an Ayleid cask on this level (next to the activation switch for the Varla Stone); it unlocks the gate in the Moranda zone.
