Oghash gra-Magul is a female Orc Rogue and a drug-runner living in Cheydinhal, who apparently has ties to the Camonna Tong from Morrowind. She makes skooma deliveries to them and brings the cash, along with Magub gro-Orum, Bazur gro-Gharz, and Borba gra-Uzgash of Borba's Goods and Stores, back to Dulfish gro-Orum, who appears to be the leader of their little gang. They don't seem to be related to any quests, however. All of them (except for Borba) are incredibly rude, even for Orcs. She is not involved in any quests and does not offer any services.
