Ongar the World-Weary is a Thieves Guild fence in Bruma. He can be found either at home in Ongar's House or at Olav's Tap and Tack. He is not involved in any quests.

Because Ongar is a Thieves Guild fence, his barter services are only available after you have joined the guild. Ongar has the lowest mercantile skill of all the fences and some cheap items. He always has a supply of 100 lockpicks, which will restock every three days. He will not barter outside.

If his disposition towards you is high enough (above 60) he will say 'My favorite customer! Whaddrya got?' when you initiate his service.
