Ormil, an Altmer publican, is the innkeeper of The Bloated Float Inn, which is located in the Waterfront District of the Imperial City. As he is a resident of the Waterfront district, getting caught pickpocketing or killing him will result in you being cast out of the Thieves Guild. He is fairly richer than most other Waterfront residents.
Ormil wears a middle-class outfit consisting of a burgundy linen shirt and burgundy linens, with an upper-class pair of green velvet shoes. He carries the key to his cabin, as well as a small amount of gold.
Ormil offers his services almost all of the time; only stopping to eat from 6am to 8am. He does this always except for when he is captured and taken into his cabin by the pirate Selene.

[edit] Bugs
- Like Sinderion and Hamlof Red-Tooth, Ormil lacks a merchant chest and thus he keeps his inventory on his person. Due to this, the items that he keeps is his inventory will never respawn. Furthermore, if he is sold apparel or weapons of better quality than those in his current possession, he will later equip them, as they reside in his inventory.
This bug is fixed by the Unofficial Oblivion Patch.
