Perennia Draconis is an elderly female Imperial farmer living at Applewatch, a small farm west of Bruma. She dearly loves her four children: Matthias, Caelia, Andreas and Sibylla, who have all left home to seek their fortune around Cyrodiil.
You are asked to murder her during the Dark Brotherhood quest, Next of Kin. Her ghost will later attack you if you activate her tombstone.
