Ra'Jhan is a male Khajiit commoner living in the Imperial City's Elven Gardens District. When he's not wandering about the Imperial City, he likes to spend time at the nearby King and Queen Tavern. He also occasionally travels to Chorrol, where he stays at the The Grey Mare Inn. He is not involved in any quests and does not offer any services.
When asking about "Imperial City", he will proudly tell you that he used to live in a house with many other people, but now he owns his own house in the Elven Gardens District.
Strangely enough however, all items in his house will not count as stolen items, so you can take them without any penalty, other than the jewelry box on the second floor. The items contained in his house are not the best of quality however.
[edit] Bugs
- Ra'jhan mistakenly has Ra'jahirr's house key rendering him unable to open his bedroom door.
This bug is fixed by the Unofficial Oblivion Patch.
