Right-Wind is a male Argonian Barbarian, and a basic Blade trainer at the Bruma Fighters Guild. However, he will only offer his services to members of the Fighters Guild. He's gotten used to the cold, and comments about how much he appreciates his boots - a possible reference to another Argonian in Bloodmoon, who constantly complained about the cold, and wanted nothing more in life than a nice pair of boots. (Argonians and Khajiits could not wear boots in that game.)
