Roderic Pierrane is a male Breton who is often found enjoying the spectacle of the Arena District. His home is in the Elven Gardens District, however, and you may find his wife Elisa there. It seems he may be cheating on her, however, as each Sundas, you can find him sleeping with Irene Metrick from midnight until 4:00am in her house, though he claims they're "just friends." He is not involved in any quests and does not offer any services.

In the basement of Roderic's house there is a small shrine for the Black Hand of Sithis.
