Roland Jenseric is a male Breton Warrior who lives in the Imperial City Temple District. He also has a cabin east of the Imperial City. His girlfriend, Relfina, was recently attacked by a vampire and killed; in The Order of the Virtuous Blood quest Roland is accused of being the vampire and you are asked to track him down. Roland tells you that Seridur is really a vampire and he is being accused of the crime. After you deal with Seridur at Memorial Cave, Roland feels relieved and decides to join the Order. He will show up at Seridur's basement before you get there. Seridur's body guard Cylben Dolovas now serves Roland.
In the basement of his house in the Imperial City you will find a bar with a couple bottles of beer and two vials of Skooma.
