Roland Jenseric is a male Breton Warrior who lives in the Imperial City Temple District. He also has a cabin east of the Imperial City. His girlfriend, Relfina, was recently attacked by a vampire and killed; in The Order of the Virtuous Blood quest Roland is accused of being the vampire and you are asked to track him down.

In the basement of his house in the Imperial City you will find a bar with a couple bottles of beer and two vials of Skooma.
