For this you should create a Nord or Orc because of their stocky appearance. major attributes should be strength and endurance, major skills should be:

  • Athletics (for chasing after annoying civilians)
  • Heavy armor (to look scary in daedric)
  • Blade (for using big heavy waraxes to look scary)
  • Hand-to-hand (to "push" people who refuse to move)
  • Restoration (to increase strength and blade even further)
  • Blunt (to "knock out people")
  • Mercantile (so you can demand a raise by selling items for payment and haggling)
  • You can pretend that you have been payed by an inn keeper not to let anyone in after 5PM.
  • Make sure to wear daedric armor and big heavy waraxes to look intimidating.
  • Collect payment via the console or pickpockting.
  • Stand at doors for game hours until the inn closes.
  • Also have a back-up blunt weapon with a damage fatigue enchantment to "knock out people"
