Self explanatory, really. But remember, killing is illegal, and cannibalism is most definitely illegal.

  • Maybe you were once a Vampire but after the Imperial Legion got you they cured you (best for PC since if your a good modder you can mod the story or find someone that can mod it for you)(if on a console or can't get a mod like this complete the vampire cure quest and go to jail, wait a couple days then, use the bed roll after you get all your stuff back drink the cure). Now the sickness may be gone, But is the Hunger for Blood and Body Parts?
  • Only hunt at night.
  • Follow people at a distance, then, when they go into a secluded area, kill them and use sneak to simulate eating their body.
  • If someone discovers you eating the body, kill them and indulge in their meat as well.
  • Instead of drinking Mead or Ale, drink human blood as much as you can. You can get bottles of blood in a secret passage under Leyawiin Castle (easier with the console).
  • When you want to eat food, eat human hearts and human skins. The human skins may be hard to find, as there are only two of them. If you find one, you may want to duplicate it using the duplication glitch, or just use the console.
  • Perhaps when your character goes without flesh for too long, you can have them slaughter someone in broad daylight and feast for a few seconds before the guards arrest you.
  • Keep some body parts in cupboards and on tables (bones, mort flesh, Svenja's corpse parts, the Mother's Head from the Dark Brotherhood quests, etc.)
  • Perhaps if your character eats the flesh of a sick person, he gets the disease too! Works with vampires, beggars, and the bedridden
  • With some console experimentation (or by modding), you might be able to make it so you can drink blood from sleeping people, but not be a vampire.
  • Live underneath the Anvil Lighthouse.
  • If you must travel with your food in public, get a pie and pretend that it really consists of human meats disguised as a regular pie.
