An Enforcer is a more vicious, brutal and furious version of an Assassin. A good Enforcer is Hides-His-Heart so maybe you would like to look like him, if so; Do it !

  • Create a character that focus on both Combat and Stealth. Create a custom class - "Enforcer" who specializes in Combat, Attributes like Strength, Speed, Intelligence or Agility are useful here. Use the skills of Athletics, Acrobatics, Blade, Heavy Armor, Light Armor, Sneak and either Marksman or Destruction.
  • Even though an assassin, Enforcers prefer two-handed weapons: Claymore and Battle Axes and for Armor use a mix of Light and Heavy ( like Hides-his-Heart uses iron and Fur ).
  • Get as many Followers as you can and create your own Brotherhood or Organization of enforcers, use Permanent Command Humanoid spells (PC only) and make them join the Brotherhood, once again if you are on the PC rename your followers for cooler names for assassins or enforcers. Buy Rosethorn Hall or Benirus Manor and always put your enforcers bodyguards "guarding" the door ( tell them to wait, put two for each door outside and inside ). Perhaps you are a bit stealthier than the others enforcers, but then again you are their leader, you know better ways to kill your targets...
  • Get a contract from someone, imagine that the target was at a Pub or an Inn or a Restaurant, but you had a time limit to complete the assassination. Don't just smash the person as the guards will arrest you; get a few poisoned apples and after taking all of the food in the inn/pub/restaurant put a Poisoned Apple but on everyone's plate so that it looks that maybe the Store owner poisoned the apples, or they were rotten or it was a virus. Then go back to the person who ordered the contract and get the money ( via console, pick-pocket ).
  • Similar to the Thieves Guild and Dark Brotherhood the Brotherhood has Tenets. Did anyone break one of them? If it was a light mistake simply suspend him/her. If not, no matter how good he was, kill him/her in front of the all members and enforcers so that they don't do it again.
  • Do the Reverse-Pickpocket Items Glitch(remember, only zero-weight items can be reverse-pickpocketed), dress your Stealthy or Mage Enforcers with Daedric Gaunlets and Boots and Black Robe and Hoods, plus a dagger, all enchanted named "aaaaaaa" so that it's also alphabetic order. For the bodyguards put them into Full Bound Armor with a big Bound Claymore, all enchanted named "aaaaaaa". Give them a Black Hood rather than a bound helmet. Imagine the Black Hood was the symbol of the Brotherhood... they must wear it!

The only rule here is to show no mercy and exterminate all of your targets, brutally but secretly....
