It is time to throw up the shackles of oppression the Imperial Legion places on us! You demand a better government, one where murderers don't get off the hook for 2,000 Septims! And with the help of your followers your going to stage a Rebellion.
- Find a small settlement sympathetic to your cause and sleep in the Inn there.
- Get as many followers as you can and bring them to the settlement, placing them in various places. Make sure to put the best fighters in your 'Army' on the edges of town to guard against any Imperial attacks!
- Use 'Command Humanoid' spells to 'capture' Imperial Legion soldiers. Bring them back to your town and put them under the guard of your able followers. Reverse pickpocket some burdened items onto your captives to keep the dogs from running off!
- Acquire some Legion Armor so you can go 'undercover' to capture those more heavily guarded Legion Soldiers. Particularly the Guard Captains.
- Every now and then ransom back one of the Soldiers, or an important Imperial citizen, for the much needed gold to fund your movement. Achieve this through console/stealing.
- Stockpile weapons and armor for your growing army. (It helps to have a safe chest to store it in. One of the various 'portable campsite' mods works well, as they usually come with a safe container.)
- When you think you have the support and influence you need, begin raiding the Imperial patrols and even the city itself. If you suffer terrible casualties in your assault(s), you can combat the Imperial menace subtly. Poison the food in the watch towers.
- Finally if you feel confident enough, assault the Imperial Palace and capture Ocato, then quickly retreat. Once you have him, exile him to the highest peak in Cyrodiil to live out the rest of his days. You can do this by doing the same thing you did with your prisoners, reverse pickpocket burdened items onto him after you get him to say, dive rock. Take control of the Imperial City and move your operation there.
- Your work is not done, however! The various towns across the countryside would never accept your rule! Use your newfound soldiers to invade the towns one by one. Use command humanoid spells to lead your Imperial Legion Soldiers to victory.
