If you want to be a Lawyer you will need to look the part so get some expensive clothes and own a big house such as Arborwatch or Rosethorn Hall.
Make sure you have a quill and inkwell with you at all times as you never know when a new client might show up.
Pretend that you are the lawyer of someone who is in jail and use the "Visit a Prisoner" option to see them. Pretend that the guard is the interviewer.
Use Command Humanoid to make clients come with you to your house and have a meeting with you about their problems.
