Savlian Matius, a male Imperial soldier, is the Captain of the Kvatch guard. He helped many people escape the terrible raid on the city. However, Brother Martin and more survivors along with two guards were trapped in the Chapel. He does not offer any services.

- Find the Heir: You must head to Kvatch to find the illegitimate heir to the throne, Martin Septim, true son of Uriel Septim.
