Shameer, a male Redguard, lives across the street from the front entrance to the Great Chapel of Julianos in Skingrad. Shameer is a basic trainer in Marksman. Unlike most basic trainers who take no action when they've trained you to their maximum capability, he will refer you to Reman Broder for further training. He is not involved in any quests.

You may find him trying to sneak and pickpocket outside of town (probably at the stables). He frequently gets caught and chased by the guards. Usually he won't die since he'll run back in town and guards won't chase him after that, but on occasion he will run into the hills, get cornered and killed.
