The ingredient Somnalius Frond comes from the plant "Somnalius Plant," which grows in the Great Forest region and can also be found sporadically in several other areas. There are no guaranteed samples of Somnalius Frond, but it can be found randomly in the inventories of alchemy vendors and in some loot chests.
