The proprietor is Tertia Viducia, a female Imperial with 1000 Gold and a Mercantile skill of 60. She offers weapons and armor along with the unique item Captain Kordan's Saber, a cutlass with Absorb Agility, Blade, and Endurance enchantments. Along with selling these items and buying others, she will repair your damaged armor and weapons.

In Cheydinhal, you can find the store two lots down from the west gate, next to Mach-Na's Books and in front of the Fighters Guild.
