Umbacano is a wealthy male Altmer Mage living in Umbacano Manor, in the Imperial City's Talos Plaza District. He has an extensive household of servants, including his steward Jollring and four guards. Umbacano spends most of his time upstairs at the manor; in order to gain access to the room, you will need to talk with Jollring first, who will then escort you upstairs.

Umbacano is an avid collector of Ayleid artifacts, as you will discover if you acquire an Ayleid statue for The Collector quest.

[edit] Umbacano Manor

Umbacano lives in a large house known as Umbacano Manor. His four guards (Matthias Draconis, Surius Afranius, Umog gra-Marad, and Usheeja) protect the house in shifts. In addition, Jollring is usually at the front desk in the hallway, filing papers and tending to visitors.

[edit] Burglary Tips

  • The Umbacano Manor Key opens the manor's front door and the door to the dining room. Both Umbacano and Jollring carry a copy of this key. Umbacano's Key, carried only by Umbacano, unlocks the remaining doors in the house and the Ayleid Statue display case.
  • Umog gra-Marad can be bribed to go have a drink at The Tiber Septim Hotel, leaving Umbacano's Manor unguarded during her shift.
  • You can steal the Ayleid Statues back from Umbacano at any time. You cannot sell them back to Umbacano, but you can sell them to a fence.
