Usheeja is a male Argonian who lives in the Imperial City Talos Plaza District. He works the day shift (5am-6pm) as a guard at Umbacano Manor, which is also in the Talos Plaza District. He is not involved in any quests and does not offer any services, though he is involved in an easter egg. In Morrowind, you could find the Amulet of Usheeja, though there was no NPC named "Usheeja" in the game. The amulet cannot be found in Oblivion, however, and Usheeja makes no mention of it.
