Usheeja is an Argonian who lives in the Imperial City Talos Plaza District. He works the day shift (5am-6pm) as a guard at Umbacano Manor, which is also in the Talos Plaza District. His house, which is on the west side of the district between the gate to the city isle and Northwest Watch Tower, contains the usual books, clutter, and food, and the basement is almost empty, save for various clutter containers and two leveled chests, one with weapons and one with jewelry. His private quarters hide only normal clutter, along with several paintbrushes, paintbrush jars, and palettes.
In Morrowind, you could find the Amulet of Usheeja, though there was no NPC named "Usheeja" in the game. The amulet cannot be found in Oblivion, however, and Usheeja makes no mention of it.
