The ingredient Wheat Grain is primarily found as food. It can also be harvested from the plant "Wheat Stalk," which is grown in several farms.

5 guaranteed samples can be found (these locations will respawn, since wheat grain is food). The places with the highest numbers of samples are:

• 2 samples are in the basement of Baenlin's House in Bruma
• 2 samples are in Southern Books in Leyawiin
• 1 sample is in the Chorrol Mages Guild Basement

It can also be found randomly in the inventories of food vendors, in some loot chests, and in food containers.
