There is call for an article on both pages. If I follow the same plan I did on the rivers in Oblivion, the Oblivion page can be a list of landmarks along the coast of the Abecean Sea, while the Tamriel article can be a more general article about the rest of the sea. Perhaps the Oblivion page could be renamed to "Abecean Coast" or "Abecean Shore", which would be slightly more accurate.
