Can someone please find the Restoration Level required for semi-high level Absorb Magicka spells will actually give instead of waste magicka? ^{—The preceding unsigned comment was added by D521 (talk • contribs).}

That depends on the target's Resist Magic and the exact parameters of the spell. If you're not getting anything out of the built-in spells, consider making a custom spell with low magnitude but high duration, and on touch instead of on target. --66.23.133.52 23:46, 8 June 2007 (EDT)
