[edit] Lord Kelven's Shield

u know that lord kelven's bulawark sheld?, whens is it created comparing to your level? i'm just wondering if i should just leave the place to level 30 or doing it and not geting everything yet. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 125.236.132.104 (talkcontribs).

It comes into play once you've bought every single upgrade, appearing in a chest at the end of the bed in the barracks, but it's level is always the level of your character when you FIRST install the DLC.

[edit] Secret

There is also a Secret Passage behind the Archery Target in the Training Room that leads to a Grotto containing about 3 valara stones, a skeleton with a unique blade + shield, and a lich that has a key to a chest containing leveled loot. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 69.62.173.252 (talkcontribs).

We know, it's part of the unmarked quest involving Lord Kain. DaedryonTCE 02:29, 16 August 2008 (EDT)

[edit] Four marauders do not make for much of a war.

I'm no modmaker but it seems to me that there could have been much more of a quest at this castle. Even just an area that generates marauders until some bad guy is dispatched would give some extra play value. As is, it takes maybe an hour to do everything. Oh well, I guess it's better than horse armour.

[edit] What does the quest log to do with trophies mean?

Do I have to do anything to get the trophies or is it auto on killing of respective enemy? 82.6.201.93 09:28, 4 January 2009 (EST)Chris

You have to hand the required creature parts over to Melisi Daren: see this. –RpehTCE 09:32, 4 January 2009 (EST)

Yea, sorry, i found it just after i put the question forward. So much for looking before asking. 82.6.201.93 10:05, 4 January 2009 (EST)Chris

[edit] GotY

I'm just curious, sense the Game Of The Year Edition of Oblivion IV The Elder Scrolls has a LOT of free plugins (Example: Knights of the Knine, and Shivering Isles) I'm wondering if you get ths one free in the Game Of The Year Edition. Please post answer under soon thanks

--Troy

No, it only comes with Knights of the Knine and the Shivering Isles; you'll have to download the others. --Michaeldsuarez (Talk) (Deeds) 10:34, 15 February 2009 (EST)
Honestly, if you're going to be vague, you aren't helping anyone out. Shivering Isles is not a plug-in, it's an expansion. Plug-ins add quests, items, or places to the world of the main quest; the expansion adds a whole new world somewhere in the Planes of Oblivion. The plug-ins, nine in all, were originally available for download, but the website for the PC versions is now defunct. Eight of the nine (excluding Fighter's Stronghold) were bundled with the boxed retail version of Knights of the Nine. They are not included in the GOTY edition of Oblivion. Two of anything is not "a LOT", and neither the plug-ins nor the expansion were ever free (with the exception of Fighter's Stronghold, which was offered as a free download for one week when it was first released). I don't know if the downloads are still available for XBox, but they are not available anywhere for PC or PS3. 12.233.146.130 21:45, 18 August 2009 (UTC)

[edit] Help with trophies

I discovered, quite by mistake, that giving the taxidermist all of the required parts at the same time does NOT queue the construction of the trophies. I mistakenly assumed it would, since it worked with the wine maker.

What I am wondering, is if anyone has the item codes or console commands necessary to spawn the trophies themselves. This would help me complete my castle, as the taxidermist no longer has dialogue to make the remaining trophies for me. Any help is appreciated.

There you go, type for everyone of these FormIDs the following:
prid FormID
enable
Use the following IDs to spawn all trophies, remember to check this on how to figure out what to enter in place of xx.
  • xx004d97 (Brown Bear)
  • xx00489c (Clannfear)
  • xx004899 (Daedroth)
  • xx00489b (Minotaur)
  • xx0048ab (Mountain Lion)
  • xx005555 (The rock the Mountain Lion is standing on)
  • xx00489d (Ogre)
  • xx00489e (Troll)
  • xx0048a6 (Wolf)
  • xx005556 (The rock the Wolf is standing on)
Good luck with it. --Timenn-<talk> 16:25, 1 November 2009 (UTC)
