The availability of bloodgrass is not level dependent. The article provides pretty detailed information on where to find Blood Grass plants. If you haven't gotten far enough in the main quest to enter Oblivion Gates then you'll have to get one of the two guaranteed samples or buy it from a merchant. --Nephele^Talk 18:44, 27 July 2007 (EDT)
