Does anyone know if there is anything more to it when Fafnir tells you that you and him are related. It would be interesting if someone were to a quest that involves him and "Finding your Mother."

"We have the same Mother, you and I..." most certainly refers to the Night Mother: you are members of the same 'family' because you are both in the Dark Brotherhood.

Thats very likely... Sounds good. But then why would you get to keep the house? there are no other rewards that big and you never hear or see him again...
