Nope, it's not a boss chest. As the now-revamped page says, it's just a standard chest, specifically a Monster Dungeon variety "Chest 01". However, Monster Dungeon chests do contain relatively good loot compared to the generic chests in other types of dungeons. --Nephele^Talk 20:14, 28 June 2007 (EDT)

Should it be noted that there are two Will-o-the-Wisps guarding the entrance? I don't know if this is standard or if the creatures are randomly generated. ^{—The preceding unsigned comment was added by 84.45.156.179 (talk • contribs).}

The will-o-the-wisps outside are random, aren't even guaranteed to be there, and they're already mentioned in the article: "0-2 Monsters are near the entrance" (in the Outside section). I'm not sure that there's much more that acurately be said. --Nephele^Talk 16:40, 6 January 2008 (EST)
